Beast World: My Tiger Bedmates Hate Me

GoodNovel Completed

I'm met with bad news the moment I woke up. Apparently, I have a condition. My skin needs frequent intimate contact, or I break out in a painful, unbearable rash. The good news? I somehow wake up in a Shifter Realm. To keep my symptoms under control, I buy a pair of White Tiger Shifter twins. The older sister, Sierra Valle, has me on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, while her younger sister, Sabrina Valle, gets Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Sundays are up for grabs, and they settle the matter with rock-paper-scissors. Whoever wins gets to spend the day with me. This Sunday, however, neither of them is willing to give an inch. Just as I'm about to suggest that the three of us could simply share a bed, a stream of comments suddenly flashes across my vision. [Seriously, this side character is disgusting. Does he even know that both female protagonists throw up every time they're intimate with him?] [Those poor girls. Not only can they not be with the person they actually love, but they also have to put up with that ugly bastard humiliating them every single day.] [Don't worry. The male protagonist is here now. He'll save both female protagonists. In the end, the side character will get on his bad side, and he'll have their limbs ripped off and their skin flayed. Just thinking about it is so satisfying.] I stare at the comments in stunned silence. Then, I immediately take two steps back and wave my hands. "Never mind. Let's… not do this today." The sisters, who somehow manage to strip off half their clothes in the span of three seconds, freeze where they stand.

Chapter 1 The two sisters frowned at me in unison. "Are you sure?" "Y-Yeah. I'm sure." I picked up their clothes and help them dress again as I spoke. "I'm tired today. You two should get some rest, too." Sierra Valle, the older sister, studied me for a moment, uncertainty creeping into her voice. "Are you feeling sick? I can take you to the hospital." I shook my head, but before I could explain, Sabrina Valle, her younger sister, scoffed and grabbed Sierra by the arm, tugging her toward the door. "Come on, Sierra. Don't bother asking. He's lying. He's probably come up with some new game again. I bet he's just pretending to be tired today so he can make some ridiculous demands tomorrow." She glanced back at me. "Since he says he's done for today, we might as well head back to the military base. At least we'll get a quiet night." With that, she pulled Sierra out the door, and it slammed shut behind them. The comments started flying across my vision again. ['Head back to the military base'? They're obviously going to see the male protagonist.] [The side character is trying to play hard to get. Too bad the two female protagonists aren't falling for it at all.] [Of course they're not. Our male protagonist is a rare S-Tier male Shifter with a 99% compatibility rate with both female protagonists. How could some lowly human like him ever compare?] And that was when it finally clicked. So that was why I'd ended up in the Shifter Realm after I died. I was the villainous male side character in a novel. This was a world where Shifters stood at the very top of society. They were divided into three tiers—S, A, and B, with S-Tier Shifters being the rarest and most powerful of them all. But what no one knew was that these two S-Tier White Tiger Shifter twins, now admired and feared by everyone, hadn't always been the powerful warriors they were today. When I first arrived in this world, I barely had any money. To make matters worse, I suffered from severe touch deprivation syndrome. If I went too long without intimate physical contact, I'd become anxious and unable to sleep. In severe cases, I'd even develop a fever and a painful rash. I'd heard that buying and selling Shifter slaves was legal here, so I planned to purchase a B-Tier Shifter to help keep my symptoms under control. I never expected that the moment I stepped into the Shifter slave market, I'd find two severely injured girls lying half-dead inside a cage. The slave trader told me they'd suffered such severe injuries that their bloodline abilities had been suppressed. Their Shifter Tiers couldn't even be determined anymore. According to him, they were nothing more than two useless, defective Shifters, and he offered to let me have them for next to nothing. I couldn't bring myself to leave them there. So, I emptied my savings and took both sisters home with me. To pay for their treatment, I worked three jobs every day. Every cent I earned went toward the best trauma medicine and painkillers I could afford. I changed their bandages, cooked their meals, helped them bathe, and took care of them until they were strong enough to do those things themselves. In return, I made them promise that once they recovered, they'd stay by my side and help me manage my condition. They agreed without hesitation. Eventually, their injuries healed completely, and their White Tiger bloodlines awakened. Overnight, they went from two supposedly worthless, crippled Shifters to two of the rarest S-Tier Shifters in the entire world. They both joined the military. One became a high-ranking commander, while the other became an elite sniper. And despite everything that changed, they stayed by my side. They never once missed our time together. Even when one of them was sent away on a mission, the other would take leave just to stay with me. But deep down, I knew neither of them really liked me. Sierra barely spoke whenever we were together, while Sabrina was constantly complaining that I asked for too much and was far too clingy. I used to tell myself that Shifters were simply cold by nature. Maybe they just didn't understand tenderness or affection the way humans did. As long as they kept my condition under control and we both got what we needed, I figured that was enough. What I never expected was that, in the end, they'd hate me enough to tear me limb from limb. Remembering what the comments had said about my fate as the villain, I shuddered. I couldn't keep them anymore. Whatever happened next, I had to let them go before it was too late. Chapter 2 Once I'd made up my mind, I called the Contract Registry at Central Administration. They told me that because my relationship with the sisters had originally been established through a purchase contract, terminating it would be fairly simple. All I had to do was bring in the original paperwork and sign a few forms. I dug out the sales contract and left the house, but halfway there, I changed my mind and decided to go to the military headquarters first. After all, we'd lived together for five years. I didn't want to end things without a word. Whatever happened, I felt like I owed them an explanation face-to-face. If I was going to walk away, the least I could do was give all three of us a proper goodbye and a clean break. When I arrived at headquarters, I went straight to Sierra's office. I was about to knock when I heard a man's voice coming from inside. "Come on, ladies. Won't you join me on this mission? It's my first time leading a team on my own, and honestly, I have no idea what I'm doing. I'd feel a lot safer with both of you there." I peeked through the crack in the door and saw a male Rabbit Shifter with an easy smile and a soft, gentle voice. Sierra agreed without hesitation, her expression warm. Even Sabrina, who was usually sharp-tongued and impatient, patiently reassured him. The three of them chatted and laughed together, and the atmosphere inside was so relaxed and comfortable that I found myself stopping in my tracks. For a moment, I wasn't sure if I should go in. Then, Sabrina happened to glance up. The moment our eyes met, the smile disappeared from her face. She opened the door and looked at me impatiently. "What are you doing here?" Sierra seemed to snap back to reality as well. She instinctively stepped in front of the male Shifter before quickly explaining, "Don't get the wrong idea. He's a new member of our unit. We were just discussing an urgent mission." At the same time, the comments kept rolling across my vision. [Ugh, what a buzzkill! Nathan just had to show up and ruin the mood. Does he have no sense at all?] [He's about to throw another tantrum. Sabrina and Sierra are already sick of his personality.] [The more he clings to them, the more annoying he gets. No wonder they end up hating him so much.] I finally got a good look at the handsome, gentle-looking male Shifter, and my heart sank. Could this be Eli White, the male protagonist the comments had been praising nonstop? The moment I remembered what happened to anyone who crossed the main characters in this novel, panic set in. I immediately took half a step back and waved my hands apologetically. "I'm sorry. I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to interrupt your work. I'll leave right now!" Both Sierra and Sabrina frowned at my reaction, but I didn't dare look at either of them again. I turned around and ran. I hadn't gotten more than a few steps before someone grabbed me. Sabrina shoved a key into my hand. "Go wait in my office." Before I could say anything, she turned and headed back inside, apparently dealing with a genuinely urgent assignment. Sabrina's office was much messier than Sierra's. Aside from the neatly made bed, documents were scattered across nearly every available surface, leaving me nowhere to sit except on the bed itself. I had no choice but to wait there. After a while, the quiet and exhaustion started to catch up with me. My eyelids grew heavier and heavier until I finally drifted off. I didn't know how long I'd been asleep when I suddenly felt something warm and wet against my skin, as though someone were licking my neck. My eyes flew open. The curtains had been drawn shut, leaving the office dim and secluded. Sabrina was leaning over me, one hand braced beside my ear while the other worked at the buttons of my shirt. Her lips were pressed against my neck, and the warm, damp sensation spread across my skin, accompanied by the scorching body heat unique to a White Tiger Shifter. I woke up instantly and shoved her away. "Sabrina, that's not why I came to see you." She didn't stop. She merely gave a muffled response against my skin. "You climbed into my bed. What else could you possibly want? "If you weren't having an episode, why would you ever come looking for us on your own?" She was already tugging at my clothes again when I finally lost my patience. I sank my teeth hard into her shoulder. Sabrina let out a muffled groan, and her movements finally stopped. She looked down at me, surprise flickering across her face. I took the opportunity to shove her away. "I told you. I don't want to." Caught completely off guard, Sabrina stumbled back. For several seconds, she just stood there, staring at me in disbelief. Then, she let out a quiet laugh, apparently assuming I was throwing another childish tantrum. She raised an eyebrow and asked softly, "Did you get jealous because you saw him with us? Don't overthink it. He's just our mentor's son. "Our mentor asked us to look after him before he passed away last year. Eli just joined the military, and this is his first time leading a mission on his own. He was nervous, so he came to us for advice." She paused before leaning closer again, her voice turning gentler. "I have to leave for several days to accompany him on this mission." Her gaze softened as she looked at me. "That means you won't get to see me for several days, master." She reached for me again. "So, how about I take care of you before I go?" Chapter 3 No one could resist Sierra when she acted sweet and needy. And given how unusually strong my own need for physical intimacy was, I wasn't exactly immune to her either. So, when she leaned in to kiss me again, I didn't pull away. Then, the comments exploded across my vision. [Are you kidding me? Did Sabrina just call him 'master'?] [What the hell did Nathan do to deserve this?] [Not gonna lie, Sabrina may have a sharp tongue, but she's never once failed to do her part in bed.] [Don't ship them! She only has a physical attraction to him. Eli is the one she truly loves. The original novel makes that perfectly clear.] I stared at the words floating across my vision. Whatever excitement had been building inside me vanished instantly. I bit down hard, and Sabrina immediately winced and pulled away. The desire in her eyes disappeared in an instant, replaced by a frown as she glared at me, clearly ready to tear into me. But before she could say anything, I spoke first, saying, "Sabrina, I came here today to terminate our contract." She froze. For several seconds, she simply stared at me in shock. Then, anger flashed across her face. "I already explained everything to you. Eli is just our mentor's son. What the hell are you pulling now? You're being so difficult." The moment I heard those words, my heart ached. Aside from the first two years we'd been together, "You're being difficult" was probably the phrase Sabrina had said to me more than any other. Whenever my touch deprivation syndrome became unbearable in the middle of the night and I called her home, she'd accuse me of being difficult. Whenever she came back from a mission injured and I cried because I was worried about her, she'd tell me I was making a big deal out of nothing. And whenever another male Shifter deliberately got too close to the sisters and I warned them to keep their distance, she'd still accuse me of making a mountain out of a molehill. One incident after another, three years of hurt and resentment had slowly worn away whatever hope I'd had left. And now, hearing those same words again, something inside me finally broke. I cleared my throat. "I'm not being difficult. I've made up my mind. I came here to let you know. That's all." Sabrina's face turned livid, and she opened her mouth, clearly ready to argue. Before she could say a word, however, the office door swung open. Sierra stood in the doorway with a stack of documents in her hands, apparently having just finished discussing the mission details with Eli. Her gaze shifted between Sabrina and me before landing on our disheveled clothes. She frowned. "Could you at least lock the door when you're doing this?" she said flatly. "Call me when you're done. Eli's mission still needs some scheduling coordination." She turned to leave, but Sabrina stopped her. "Wait, Sierra." Sierra paused and glanced back. "You don't know yet, do you?" "Know what?" "Nathan doesn't want us anymore." Out of the corner of my eye, I saw Sierra freeze. Even her tiger ears twitched. Ten minutes later, I was fully dressed and sitting across from the two sisters. They stared at me like I was a suspect being interrogated. Sierra was the first to speak. "Why?" There was no way I could tell them about the comments I'd been seeing, so I settled for the simplest answer. "I'm tired of this." The moment the words left my mouth, Sierra let out a cold laugh. "Tired of this?" Sabrina snapped. "Nathan, do you have any idea how many males across the entire country would kill to be with us? We're not tired of you, and you're the one who's tired of us?" "They're them. I'm me," I said simply. I looked at the sisters. "The three of us have only been making do from the beginning. Now, I want us to go our separate ways. Is that really so wrong?" The words "making do" immediately changed Sabrina's expression. She opened her mouth to argue again, but Sierra stopped her with a raised hand. As always, Sierra's face was an unreadable mask. My decision to leave seemed to have barely affected her at all. After a moment, she asked quietly, "Are you sure you've thought this through?" I hesitated before nodding. But despite my answer, my nose burned with the sudden urge to cry. Sierra remained silent for several seconds before finally saying, "Alright. We'll do as you wish." "Sierra!" Sierra raised a hand, cutting Sabrina off again. Then, she looked directly at me. "Whatever else happens, you saved both our lives back then. So the house and the money will stay with you. We're about to leave on a mission, though, so we won't be able to move our things out right away. Is that acceptable?" Whether it was acceptable or not, I didn't really have a choice. The house we were living in had originally been assigned to the sisters by the military, so I knew they had every right to take it back if they wanted to. Sierra still had work to finish, so after we briefly discussed how we'd divide up the rest of their belongings, she told me to go home and promised she'd sort out the details once they returned. "Okay." I stood and left. I had just reached the entrance of headquarters when I realized I'd forgotten my paperwork. With a sigh, I turned around and headed back to Sabrina's office. But the moment I reached the door, I heard Sabrina shouting at Sierra from inside. "How could you just agree to it? What are we going to do if he really doesn't want us anymore?" Chapter 4 Sierra shot back, "Why are you panicking? Did you forget what condition he has?" "Sierra, what are you saying?" "Nathan's touch deprivation syndrome has gotten so severe that he'll have an episode if he's away from another person for too long. He can't live without us." There was an unmistakable certainty in Sierra's voice, along with a faint hint of contempt. "That little breakup stunt today was only because he saw Eli and got jealous. He's trying to get our attention and use this opportunity to manipulate us. If we actually give in and comfort him, we'll be playing right into his hands." She paused before continuing, her voice turning colder, "We need to ignore him for once and remind him who's in charge of this household. Maybe then he'll think twice before throwing another tantrum." Sabrina still looked uneasy, but Sierra wasn't finished. "Besides, he still has our contracts of servitude. He may not hurt us now, but there's no guarantee he won't change someday. Ending those contracts while we have the chance is actually good for us, too." "But what if he finds someone else?" Sabrina asked. "Don't forget who we are now," Sierra replied. "If we put the word out, there isn't a single Shifter in the entire empire who would dare get close to him. Once his condition flares up and he can't take it anymore, he'll come crawling back to us, crying and begging." The comments started racing across my vision. [Holy crap! Nathan has to be thrilled listening to all this, right?] [He must be feeling pretty damn smug after realizing the two sisters can't live without him.] [I'm dying. Does he actually think Sabrina and Sierra love him? It's nothing but habit and possessiveness.] [Exactly! Once the sisters finish this mission with Eli and see how amazing he is, who's even going to remember this lowly human?] [Even so, I still hate it. He's so ordinary. Why would Sabrina and Sierra ever like someone like him?] When I saw that last comment, I let out a bitter laugh. How could they possibly think the sisters were doing this because they loved me? If they truly loved me, they'd care about how my condition was affecting me. They wouldn't use it as leverage against me. I waited until the sisters left headquarters, then took my paperwork straight to the Contract Registry and signed the termination papers. Just as Sierra had predicted, I had my first episode the very next day after they left. At first, it was nothing more than a restless anxiety that kept me awake all night. I tossed and turned, clutching my pillow as I desperately tried to get comfortable. But before long, the sensation intensified until it felt as though thousands of ants were crawling beneath my skin, biting and tearing at every inch of my body. My temperature kept climbing, and no matter how much I tried to cool myself down, the heat only seemed to get worse. Eventually, I forced myself out of bed and stumbled to the hospital. The moment the doctor saw my name on the chart, however, he immediately stepped back and waved his hands. "Mr. Hayes, I'm very sorry, but we don't have a doctor here who can treat you. You'll have to leave." I glanced at the thermometer in his hand. My temperature had already reached 102°F, and my throat was so hoarse that every word came out strained. "I just need something to bring down the fever. Can't you at least prescribe me some medication?" The doctor shook his head so hard it was almost comical. He wouldn't even let me step farther into the examination room. Instead, he called security and had them escort me out. As I struggled through the pain, the comments kept me updated on what the sisters were doing. Apparently, they were off enjoying themselves with Eli. [Going on a mission really is the fastest way to heat a romance! Sabrina and Sierra finally realized Eli is an S-Tier male Shifter. You can already see the difference in their eyes!] [Wow! He's so hot! Eli got cold, and both Sabrina and Sierra were worried sick! They even shifted into their beast forms to keep him warm.] Just imagining the sisters' warmth made every inch of my body ache for physical contact. Desperate for relief, I made my way to the Shifter slave market. But the merchants who used to eagerly call me over took one look at me and reacted as if I'd brought disaster with me. "Leave! We don't do business with you!" "Don't stand there blocking the entrance. You're bad for business." It was clear the sisters were determined to teach me a lesson. Even the male Shifters in the market lowered their heads and hurried away whenever they saw me, terrified that simply being associated with me would get them into trouble. In the end, I had no choice but to go to the black market. After looking around, I finally settled on a Snow Leopard Shifter. The moment I brought her home, I reached for her clothes without thinking. The young snow leopard's ears turned bright red as she hurriedly grabbed the belt around her waist, holding it in place. "M-Master… Shouldn't we get to know each other first?" I loosened my own belt and lightly traced a finger over her abdomen. "How do you suggest we get to know each other?" "We… We should learn a little about each other first," she stammered. "Oh." I nodded seriously, as though she'd just given me an important instruction. "I'm Nathan Hayes. What's your name?" "Ruby Calloway." "Okay." I gave her a thoughtful look. "Now that we've gotten to know each other, I think it's time we got down to business."
